I want you! K. Bye.

I want you! K. Bye.

This is making me want to go home and pig out on burger and fries. Wishing so hard that nobody touched my 1K uncooked fries! Err.

—— Taking Time: Support for people with cancer and the people who care about them.
Is this true for you? You may not admit it, but at one point in our lives we went through that stage in one way or another. You know those “rebel-without-a-cause-years”? Yes, that’s it. I guess people will understand teenagers going through this, because somehow society has made rebel teens look normal, but what if you’re on your early 20’s? or in your mid-20’s?

YES. I am talking about… ME.

As humiliating as it is to admit, I did enjoy the company of that “substitute family”. Sadly, I became this person again when it should have been left behind along with my overrated teenage angst experiences. The company was realy FUN… TOO MUCH FUN actually.
TOO MUCH FUN meaning, they’re not the “close and loving friends” as described in the book. They were more like the “kiss ass, user-friendly, only good for fun” type of company. So what happened to me? You could pretty much guess that part. I do not want to elaborate on the negative effects and all, that is not what this blog is about. It’s about the things I learned from that experience, which I would like to share to everyone.
NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, the only people you could trust in this world with your life is your FAMILY. Value them, they’re irreplaceable.
CHOOSE YOUR FRIENDS WISELY. We meet a lot of people everyday, but not all of them are for keeps. Be careful who you trust and whom you spend your time with. Not everybody who smiles at you is your friend. Do not be too trusting!
TIME IS GOLD. Cliche, but true, If there is one thing we can’t take back, it’s time. Spend it with the people who loves you and who is also willing to give you their time = FAMILY and REAL FRIENDS.
Life is too short to commit all the mistakes in the world just so you can learn from them. Learn from other people’s mistakes, learn from mine. Value what you have right now and will always have,YOUR FAMILY.

PS. Hi Mom & Ninang, Sorry. :) I love you.
